Super family style vibe, the people there really care more about the food they serve than appearing any sort of way (complimentary). The sauces we got had clear depth and thought put into what the experience of eating the pasta would be like. The vodka sauce I had was creamy and smokey, but very subtle without completely losing any complexity. I was really impressed, I’m a huge Italian hater, so good job SottoVoce.
